Yesterday, I attended a wedding reception of my friend’s daughter. Unfortunately, Shimu, my wife, was not with me as she is now in Kolkata. Below is a a photograph of the handsome groom and beautiful bride:

My preferred attire for weddings is a dark suit; black, charcoal, or dark shades of blue. Sometimes, however, to break the monotony I would wear a blazer/trousers combination or even something else–as I did last evening. Yesterday I wore a full sleeved bush shirt. Another interesting thing happened yesterday: A bright young man named Zia came forward and introduced himself as a follower of my blog and wanted to have a photograph with me.
