Today I am wearing a grayish-check, 3-button, notch-lapel suit; a white shirt with French cuffs; a gray/red/blue striped silk tie; a white cotton pocket square; a pair of black cap-toed oxford shoes; and a vintage Rado Purple Horse automatic watch with a black dial.

I’ve noticed that a lot of your Oxfords are very wide at the V, so the laces don’t pull the top parts of the shoe tight together.
Is this because you have some orthotics/insoles in your shoe which prevents them from ‘closing’ all the way, or another reason?
If I lace the shoes too tightly, some of the shoes become too tight and uncomfortable. This could be due to the shape of my feet. The problem is that if I go a size bigger, it becomes too big. Therefore, the solution for these shoes is not to tie the shoe laces too tightly. Thanks for your comment.
