Normally I don’t post on Friday’s and Saturday’s. Today is an exception as today I attended a Seminar as well as a wedding reception. The seminar was organized by The Daily Independent newspaper and was on Leadership and Change Management. The Minister of Science and Technology was the chief guest.

Following the Seminar, I went to the wedding reception of Ishtiaque and Kaniz at the Trust Auditorium near Shahin School.
The Nobel Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus was also at the wedding reception and this photograph was taken there.

As the mercury climbs, it’s time to dust off the cotton, linen, and seersucker suits. Today I am wearing a white/gray striped cotton/linen blended 2-button, notch-lapel suit; a light blue cotton shirt with French cuffs; a blue/orange striped knitted silk tie; a blue cotton pocket square with white polka dots; a pair of black monk-strap shoes; and a vintage manual winding Longines watch.
Thursday is back. Today I am wearing a green Glen Plaid double-breasted, six-button, sports jacket, a pair of cream trousers; a white cotton shirt with French cuffs; a silk tie in maroon, green, and blue; a printed silk pocket square in red and blue; a pair of derby shoes in brown; and a vintage gold-plated manual winding Tissot watch.
Today I am wearing a blue double-breasted suit with white MOP buttons; a blue/white Bengal stripe shirt with French cuffs, a red silk tie with white polka dots; a white linen pocket square; a pair of reddish-brown double-monk shoes; and a vintage gold plated Favre Leuba watch.
Winter is the best time in Bangladesh and the temperature ranges between 10 and 20 degrees Centigrade during this time. Unfortunately, the duration of winter is only for two months. Now, the temperature is climbing and shown below is today’s temperature in Dhaka.
Today was also the time to meet my cutter and discuss some ideas.
