Today I am wearing a tropical wool gray pinstripe double-breasted suit, a cream cotton shirt with spread collar and French cuffs, a red silk tie, a white linen pocket square, a pair of black cap-toed oxford shoes, and a 1940 vintage manual-winding gold-plated West End Watch Company Sowar Prima in a black/red NATO nylon strap. It may be of interest of interest to some of you to know that the tie knot is Shelby knot (also known as Pratt knot).
Today is Thursday and as usual for Thursday’s, I am wearing a sports jacket/trousers combination. Today I am wearing a 2-button notch-lapel linen/cotton blend white sports jacket, a pair of light blue cotton-blend trousers, a blue/red cotton tartan tie, a red printed silk pocket square, a pair of brown tassel loafers, and the same watch I wore yesterday.
Today I am wearing a blue/white 2-button notch-lapel seersucker suit, a blue/white gingham shirt with French cuffs, a royal blue silk knit tie, a blue linen pocket square with white micro dots, and a pair of reddish-brown monk strap shoes, and a vintage Raymond Weil automatic watch in a blue/black striped NATO strap.
We have entered the hot and humid season in Bangladesh. Today the midday temperature was around 36 degrees centigrade. Tomorrow the forecast indicates it will be around 38. Perfect day for a half-lined cotton/linen blended 2-button notch-lapel pinstripe suit, a red/white check handloom cotton shirt with French cuffs, a red silk knit tie with white dots, a red linen pocket square with white micro dots, a pair of mustard cap-toed monk strap shoes, and the same Omega watch I have been wearing the past week.

Tomorrow is the Bangla New Year–Happy New Year Everybody. You must have noticed the scarf I am wearing today. Actually it’s known as a “Gamcha” and used primarily as a towel is rural Bangladesh. But as you can see, it makes a fantastic cotton scarf.
