What I am wearing today (8 September 2015)

Today I am wearing a woolen blue on blue striped single-breasted peaked lapel full-canvas half-lined suit with two ticket pockets, a light blue cotton shirt with French cuffs, a yellow silk tie with small blue dots, a blue/yellow printed silk pocket square, a pair of reddish-brown Adelaide oxford shoes, and the same watch I have been wearing the last few days.

  1. Hello! I must say that this is a dashing ensemble, and also the first time I’ve ever actually liked seeing a club collar! I’ve always frowned upon club collars, until today! I’ll have to try it sometime!
I also had a few questions, if you would be kind enough to answer them. I’ve heard of your company, Dapper Bespoke, and was wondering what would be the cost of making a sports jacket (fully canvassed, or half) at your tailor’s? The fabric would probably be tweed, if that helps.
Now, about the suit you are wearing, are the edges swelled? Also, where do you buy your pocket squares? I’ve noticed that they’re always in excellent taste.

    1. Thank you for your compliments. To make a full bespoke blazer or sports jacket the tailoring charges are Taka 15,000 plus the price of Fabric. For half-canvas, the tailoring charge is Taka 7,000 plus the price of fabric. We have a selection of tweed fabric in the store and approximate tweed fabric price would be around Taka 20,000 (price of 2.5 meters tweed fabric). If you want leather buttons with tweed sports jacket, add another Taka 2,000. It takes about 30 days to complete the order and includes three fittings. Thanks, Shahzaman
